Al Shera’a Emergency Evacuation Guidelines
All staff members must adhere to the following emergency response steps until the building’s official emergency evacuation procedure is fully implemented:

Be aware of the designated fire wardens for your department, including their names and contact information
✓
Familiarise yourself with the nearest exit staircases from your office area and look out for fire exit signage for guidance
✓
Please follow the instructions of the Emergency Response Team (Fire Wardens, First Aiders, and Security) and respond promptly to building alarms during emergencies
✓
Evacuate the building immediately using the closest safe exit stairway. Do not use lifts during any emergency evacuation
✓
Designated fire wardens are required to check all areas at their respective levels and exit last
✓
Evacuated staff are requested to proceed to the ground level using the stairway and assemble safely in an area near the lobby lift from which they exited
✓
Department fire wardens must take a headcount of their respective staff to ensure that all have evacuated and inform Security of any missing personnel
✓
Do not re-enter the building under any circumstances until Security has communicated ‘All Clear’
